By using this website, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not submit personal information through the website.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide when you contact HyperDirect, request a quote, schedule a consultation, or otherwise communicate with us.

This information may include:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your telephone number
  • Your company or organization name
  • Your current website address
  • Information about your business, project, goals, budget, timeline, or service needs
  • Any other information you choose to include in a form submission or message

Please do not submit passwords, financial account information, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through our website forms.

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, certain technical information may be collected automatically by our website, hosting provider, analytics services, or security tools.

This information may include:

  • Your IP address
  • Browser and device type
  • Operating system
  • Pages viewed and links selected
  • The date and time of your visit
  • Referring website or traffic source
  • Campaign parameters such as UTM tags and advertising click identifiers
  • Website interactions such as scroll milestones, section views, consultation-button clicks, form starts, and successful inquiry events
  • Approximate geographic location
  • Website performance and diagnostic information

This information helps us maintain website security, understand how visitors use the website, diagnose technical problems, and improve its content and performance.

3. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

  • Respond to questions, messages, and consultation requests
  • Evaluate potential projects and prepare proposals or estimates
  • Provide requested products or services
  • Communicate about an inquiry, project, or business relationship
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website
  • Measure website traffic and performance
  • Prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity
  • Maintain appropriate business and administrative records
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a promotional mailing list. Where marketing consent is requested, you may decline it or unsubscribe from future promotional communications.

4. Contact and Quote Forms

Information submitted through our contact, consultation, campaign, and quote-request forms is used primarily to review and respond to your inquiry.

A successful consultation submission may also generate a conversion event for analytics and advertising measurement. The custom analytics events sent by this website do not include your name, email address, telephone number, business name, or message contents.

Form submissions may be processed or stored using service providers that support our website, hosting, email, customer communication, or business operations. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.

Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, contractual obligation, or binding quote.

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Measurement

Our website may use cookies, local storage, pixels, server logs, and similar technologies. These technologies may be used to:

  • Provide and maintain essential website functionality
  • Remember certain preferences
  • Measure website traffic and visitor interactions
  • Monitor performance and diagnose technical problems
  • Help protect the website from abuse or malicious activity

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our website. This includes page views and selected interaction events such as scroll milestones, section views, consultation-button clicks, form starts, and successful inquiry events. Google may process technical information such as your IP address, device information, approximate location, referring source, and website activity.

We also use Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET) to measure advertising performance and successful consultation inquiries. Microsoft may use cookies or similar technologies and may process technical, device, referral, and website-interaction information. We do not include consultation-form contents or submitted contact details in the custom Microsoft conversion event.

UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers, including a Microsoft click identifier when present, may remain in the page address and be processed by analytics or advertising services to attribute visits and conversions to a traffic source, campaign, ad group, or keyword. We do not store a separate visitor-level campaign history in our own analytics database.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect how portions of the website function. You may also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and Microsoft advertising privacy controls. HyperDirect does not currently provide a separate on-site analytics preference control.

6. How We Share Information

HyperDirect does not sell your personal information. We do not rent personal information submitted through our website to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may disclose information to:

  • Website hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, advertising measurement, email, form processing, and other technology service providers, including Google and Microsoft for the purposes described above
  • Professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, or insurers when reasonably necessary
  • Government agencies, courts, regulators, or law-enforcement authorities when required by law or valid legal process
  • A successor or potential successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of business assets

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of HyperDirect, our clients, website visitors, or others.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to respond to inquiries, evaluate projects, maintain business records, satisfy legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information, whether a business relationship was established, and any applicable legal obligations.

Information that is no longer reasonably required may be deleted, anonymized, or securely archived, subject to technical and legal limitations.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no website, internet transmission, storage system, or security practice can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use appropriate caution when submitting information online.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that you previously submitted through our website.

Depending on where you live and the laws applicable to your information, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests, and some information may need to be retained where permitted or required by law.

To submit a privacy-related request, email zac@hyperdirect.net.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. HyperDirect does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of those third parties.
